Roll-Off Dumpster Rentals

Got a big project coming up? Our roll-off dumpster rental service is the easiest way to handle large volumes of waste from construction, renovation, demolition, or estate cleanouts. We deliver the dumpster to your site, you fill it up, and we haul it away — simple as that.

How it works

  • Call or submit a request online to choose your dumpster size and schedule delivery
  • We deliver the roll-off dumpster to your location at the scheduled time
  • You have 10 days to fill the dumpster at your own pace
  • When you're done (or on pickup day), we haul it to the landfill and process your load
  • Additional days beyond 10 are billed at $10/day — just let us know if you need more time

What can go in a roll-off dumpster

  • Household junk and furniture — ideal for estate cleanouts and spring cleaning
  • Construction debris — drywall, lumber, flooring, roofing shingles
  • Yard waste — branches, brush, dirt, and landscaping debris
  • Renovation waste — old cabinets, fixtures, flooring, windows

Note: Hazardous materials, tires, electronics, and liquids cannot be placed in roll-off dumpsters. If you have questions about specific materials, call us before loading.

Dumpster sizes available

We offer multiple dumpster sizes to fit the scope of your project. Not sure which size you need? Our team can help you choose the right container based on your project type and estimated volume. A good rule of thumb: it's better to go one size up than to overfill a smaller dumpster

10-Yard Dumpsters (14' L x 7.5' W x 3.5' H)

These are perfect for small cleanouts and minor renovation projects. 

15-Yard Dumpsters (16' L x 7.5' W x 4.5' H)

These are great for medium-sized projects like roofing jobs or larger home cleanouts.

20-Yard Dumpsters (22' L x 7.5' W x 4.5' H)

These are ideal for construction projects, more extensive renovations, and cleanouts.

30-Yard Dumpsters (22' L x 7.5' W x 6' H)

These are the best for bigger jobs, including large-scale demolitions and commercial projects.

Weight limits and overages

Each dumpster has a weight allowance included in the rental. If your load exceeds that allowance at the landfill weigh-in, an additional charge will apply. We'll share the landfill ticket with you so you can see exactly what was recorded. When in doubt, ask us about typical weights for your project type before you start filling.

Rental Periods

Our Roll-Off Rentals

All of our roll-offs are contracted for 10 days, anything over 10 days will be $10 per day extra. If you are over weight at the landfill, there will be an extra charge. We will not know the exact weight until our drivers bring back the landfill ticket from the weigh in.
